Response times
Our team responds to requests on business days, as quickly as possible and generally within 48 business hours of receipt.
Formal complaints are answered within 5 business days, as provided for in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
During peak periods (holidays, sales, new collection launches) response times may be slightly longer: we ask for your understanding and guarantee that every message is read and handled.
